Question

"Design" view is blank after being in HTML

I was in the HTML only to copy some code into a Word macro. I don't think I changed anything, and this page still compiles correctly. But when I go from the HTML to the Design view, the screen is all white. I think this happened one other time and I don't remember how it got remedied. Clues appreciated.

I've seen it on more occasions than I care to remember.

I've always attributed it to some sort of a memory conflict or memory leak. The good news is that a simple restart of RoboHelp normally corrects the issue.
