DialogFlow JSON - Security Key risks

Hi

I am attempting to implement a chatbot for proof of concept. I am now in a place to generate the JSON after creating a Security Key as described in various Google Cloud Help pages. It mentions 'Service Account Keys could pose a security risk if compromised. We recommend that you avoid downloading Service Account Keys and instead use the Workload Identity Federation...'

Has anyone used Security Keys to generate the JSON? And if so, have you experienced security issues?

Has anyone used the Workload Identity Federation route, and if so, does it work with RoboHelp?
