Disable Tooltips

Is there a way to disable the tooltips that appear in Air help.  I'm creating embedded help.  There doesn't seem to be an option for turning them off in the skin editor or in the compile options.

    I thought you could mess around with them in the LNG file of your project, but I could be mistaken. Maybe you need to post a screenshot of which mouse-overs you want to remove.

    I can change the wording using the LNG file but I don't see how to turn them off completely.  I also would like to disable the pop ups that appear on mouse over of TOC entries (see attached screen shot). 

    I don't see the point of having that pop up appear over the original entry.  I'd prefer on mouse over to just have the highlight color with no pop up.  Is there some sort of configuration file that can be edited to turn off those elements?

    Sorry, I don't know of a way to control that.
