Question

Do we have something to check if the map IDs work with the application

Hi,

I remember in legacy RoboHelp after CHM  is generated we use a CHM check tool to see if the map ID opens the specific help page after giving the map ID that exist.

Do we have somethiing similar to that in RoboHelp 2022.3.93 version?

Can someone please reply to this.

Regards,

Akilesh

Have a look at item #10 under Generating Output, and see if generating a temporary frameless output solely for checking the map ids will work for you.

I found the old post I was looking for and that confirms the csh tool is not part of the new versions. My site has information about calling help, see if that helps.

No there is not but I will reach out to someone as I have a vague recollection that they posted quite a while back how this could be done. Meantime try a search of the forum.
