Does Creative Cloud include Robohelp?

I have been using Robohelp version 10 for many years and I know I should have updated it a long time ago but it did what I needed and I was perfectly happy with it.  However my laptop died last week and I have a new one.  Our purchasing department are telling me that the successor to Robohelp 10 is Creative Cloud however I cannot see any reference to it in my research.  Is Robohelp 2020 a completely different product from Creative Cloud?   I have several large projects and this is my main tool so I am anxious to get on and make sure I get the right product.  Thanks for your help.

    To clarify, you don't have to have a Creative Cloud subscription to use the review feature.

    Do note that Creative Cloud is used by Robohelp though. The new review feature relies on uploading to your creative cloud storage.

    YES, "Robohelp 2020 is a completely different product from Creative Cloud." It would be awesome if it was included, but I think the audience for CC and the audience for RH are likely very different. Hope that helps!
