Does RH 8 produce Help with a real phrase search?

Question

I would like to allow users to search for phrases, not just for topics that contain multiple words. Wondering whether RH 8 produces ordinary webhelp (not Webhelp Pro) with a real phrase search ability. Cannot find straight answer in Robo documentation. Whether we upgrade depends on this capability.

The Reviewers Guide at https://acrobat.com/#d=5bE00menRN24n8TzSel0Iw confirms phrase searching is part of RoboHelp 8.

You can try TCS2 without installing it at http://www.runaware.com/clients/adobe/techsuite/ but I don't know if you can generate an output to test.
