Does Robohelp 2019 support on premise SharePoint for version control or publishing

We would like to use our on premise SharePoint as a version control source repository for the project and publish the responsive HTML5 to an externally facing SharePoint site.  Does Robohelp 2019 support on premise SharePoint for version control or publishing?

If so How do we do this?
