Does RoboHelp have a trimmed-down, text only export?

Is this a one-time task, or do you have to do it regularly? You could output to xml and then use a simple XSLT stylesheet to strip out the tags.

There's no plain text output in Robohelp. There's a couple or html/xml outputs, but I assume this is not what you're after.

If you want text without any formatting at all, the best I can suggest is to generate to Word, then copy/paste into a text editor to extract the plain text.
