Don't have the option for Frameless Skin

I'm using Robohelp 2019 and am wanting to use a frameless skin but that option is not showing up in the dropdown menu. The only ones available are New WebHelp Skin, New HTML5 Skin, and Import. I also want to design one from scratch but that is not an option either.

I think that one's only available with the new UI version. Are you running the latest patch? IIRC you have to add a new output preset to see all the option choices.
