Doubt on Robohelp Subscription

Hi

I've purchased a one-year plan for the RoboHelp Multiplatform Enterprise version,

and I've installed the corresponding version on my system.

Despite having a one-year subscription, the system indicates that there are "X" days remaining for the trial version. Buy Now.

Please could you help me with this.

I want to use Adobe Robohelp -Version 2022.3.93.

What this means "Your administrator hasn’t assigned any apps or services to your account. Contact your administrator to request access."

It looks like you have purchased the Enterprise version which is way more expensive than a single user licence. Was that intentional?

If it was, that licence requires a single administrator to be nominated as they will then deal with support issues. I think first of all you need to confirm which licence you wanted.

If it was the Enterprise licence, then try this forum for setup help. Download & Install - Adobe Community.

If you only wanted a single user licence, then follow the link that @Jeff_Coatsworth has given you. As the problem is about the wrong licence, it's not so important to follow the email route. Go for whatever gets a quicker answer.

You should contact the RH folks directly as nobody here on the forums will be able to deal with that sort of thing because we're all user-to-user here - see https://helpx.adobe.com/contact/enterprise-support.other.html#robohelp for your Adobe Support options. I'd recommend using the tcssup@adobe.com e-mail address as it reaches a team dedicated to Technical Communication Suite products including RoboHelp.
