Downloadable product update not listed in my Adobe account

I've just encountered the frozen thumbnail issue with 2020.8.34, so I've bitten the bullet and attempted to download the latest version of RH. But when I go to my Adobe account and display the list of Adobe products I've registered, I don't see RH listed. I've been paying the monthly subscription for a couple of years now, so Adobe must know I'm a legit user. Presumably RH is not in the registered list of products because I didn't explicitly register it (though I would have thought it would be automatically registered when I bought it). So how can I download the latest version? I could probably downlaod it directly (rather than through my account), but presumably I would ned a product key to install it … and I don't have a product key (and don't recall getting one at th etime). Any ideas?
