Email robohelp file to another user

Hey folks,

I am trying to send a rhpj file to another user to work on. We've done this before, but I can't remember what we did. When I send it to her now, she opens it and none of the topics display. Please advise-- I have a feeling it's something small we're missing!

I sent her the published version too-- we both had a memory that we needed to do something with that to make it work.

Yes, it would be inside the project folder along with all the other files. With Classic versions of RH you could skip including the output folder (the \!SSL!\ folder) because you could re-generate the output with just the project files. Newer versions have split off the output folder outside of the project folder, so that's not required to be excluded anymore.

You would want to zip up the entire project folder and send that.

Yes. If you zip the whole project folder, by definition it includes the RHPJ file.
