EPERM: operation not permitted, mkdir 'C:\Users\...'

I run Robohelp 2022 on my new Windows 11 laptop. When I try to publish my project to Responsive HTML5, I get the following error:

EPERM: operation not permitted, mkdir 'C:\Users\[my name]'.

On my previous laptop, all went well. Does anyone know a solution for this? Also version 2020 has the same problem on my Win11 laptop.

    Hi,

It's a private laptop. We don't have an IT department. But I've found the
solution. The publishing path was not correct anymore, since the project
was created on a different computer. I've changed it and it all works
    fine now.

That's definitely a Windows issue - you don't have enough rights to your folders (probably due to some group policy your IT has set). I'd check with them first.

This is not something I have seen reported here in over twenty years. Googling  EPERM: operation not permitted looks as if this is not a RoboHelp issue. If you cannot find a solution from Google, then try Adobe support. See https://helpx.adobe.com/contact/enterprise-support.other.html#robohelp for your Adobe Support options. The email link tcssup@adobe.com is recommended as it reaches a team dedicated to Technical Communication Suite products including RoboHelp.
