ERROR 131 IN UPDATING THE ROBOHELP 2022.5.0

good morning,

I have to update robohelp 2022.2.22..in robohelp 2022.5.0.(I have a subscription) but I can't. The blocking error code is 131. I closed the pending TASKS from ACTIVITY MANAGEMENT but it still doesn't work. What can I do? thanks daniela

    There was a bug that prevented updating from the help menu. Go to https://helpx.adobe.com/robohelp/kb/robohelp-downloads.html and you can download Update 5 there.
