Error 1324 and then Error 1603

when installing the AdobeRobohelp6trial version, after entering the product key, comes a message : "Error 1324 - The path portugu?s (Portugal) contains an invalid character." and then the message "Error 1603 - Fatal error during installation". At this point the installation quits. I tried to install the software in another machine an on Laptop, all windows XP and Word 2000 or Word 2003 - the same result.
