Error during Word import - 0x80004005

When importing a Word document I always receive a 0x80004005 error. By searching I saw that some other authors received the same error ID, but without a solution.Is there any chance to find out what is causing the problem?

The test document I am working on now is only a page long with a few headings and an TOC. No external references or pictures. Always the same error.

Win7/64bit, Robohelp 11, Word 2010
