Error in topics with keywords with special characters.

Hello community,
I am having problems with the keywords of my project.
I generated a keyword using "ñ" to a specific topic. When compiling it and using the search engine by clicking on the magnifying glass to search for the HTML referenced in the keyword, the link gives an error and does not allow me to enter. The same happens when the keyword has an accent. When reviewing the URL, the "ñ" is appearing in it (or the accent) and I am sure that this is what causes the error.
The problem is: how do I fix it? How do I change the URL to make it work?
It is exclusive that the keyword includes the letter Ñ or words that contain accents. How is this problem fixed?
I await comments and thank you very much, in advance, for your help!
Mara

Dear Jeff, thanks for the reply.
We have just installed and updated our project with RB 2022 and it still behaves in the same way. It's clearly a robohelp problem. I will report the problem to the technical sector. Thank you very much for the help 🙂

Just be prepared for any fix to only apply to RH2022 onwards - your RH11 version is right off their radar for changes now.

I think this is one for Adobe Support. See https://helpx.adobe.com/contact/enterprise-support.other.html#robohelp for your Adobe Support options. The email link tcssup@adobe.com is recommended as it reaches a team dedicated to Technical Communication Suite products including RoboHelp.

Hmm, pretty old version. Have you tried replacing the accented character just to test that it's the accent that's causing the issue?

I've been doing more research on the subject.
The problem is when from the search engine, a topic is called with words with special characters (for example "Nota de crédito")
For example: if I search for the word "Crédito", the system does not find the topic. On the contrary, if I search for the word "Nota", it finds it without problems.
Is there a way to solve this problem?
We cannot change the name of the topics by removing the accents.
    Thank you!

Did this ever work for you or is this the first time trying this? I don't have much experience in localized RH output, but I wonder if grabbing a trial of RH2022 Update 1 and trying a copy of the project out with it might solve the issue.

What version of RH are you using and what output are you generating?
