Error Message - cannot be multiply checked out

I am getting error message that "cannot be multiply checked out" while adding/deleting any photo and save then save the file.

    That message means someone else already has the file checked out. You will need to ask them to check it in.

     

    I've never used RoboSourceControl, but if you open that application you should be able to see who has it checked out.

    Ok, start by telling us a bit about your environment - what version of RH (include the point version)? What source control is being used? What files are you including in source control and which are being excluded? Was this working before & now doesn't or has it never worked?

    Is this related to Adobe's RoboHelp product? If not you are asking in the wrong place.
