Error message in CHM on Windows 10

I use RoboHelp 10, when opening the CHM file in Windows 10, I get the message at the top: "This webpage might not be displayed properly. The content of the webpage does not match the type specified by the server." What is the cause and what needs to be done?

    Hi there

    Does this happen with any CHM at all? Or only those created using RoboHelp?

    Is the CHM located on a network drive? Then you will have to update your security settings.

    Is the CHM downloaded? Then you may have to unblock it.
