Error Message (RoboHelp HTML)

Need some help.  Got a message that says:  Open project was cancelled or the application was unable to load database for:

........Salesbuilder2.cdp.

Need assistance.

    What version of RoboHelp are you using?

    Okay, so what I would recommend is to click Tools > Options. Then click the General section on the left side. Odds are you won't need to actually click it and it will already be selected.

    Then on the right side, click to enable the option Clear project cache (.cpd file) before opening any project.

    Click OK to dismiss the dialog, then try and open the project giving you trouble.
