Error Message using Tools, Reports

Whenever I try to print a report for anything in this area, index, glossary, images etc I always

get an error message "Adobe Robohelp 8 has encountered a problem and needs to close etc" and program closes. Anyone know how I can fix this.

I can't access anything under Tools/Reports. As soon as I click on anything in this area I get the robo has encountered a problem etc message.

I have tried deleting the .cpd but unfortunately this has not fixed the problem.

Try accessing the reports via the keyboard

ALT T > ALT R

Perhaps try deleting the project .CPD file? I stand to be corrected on this, but I believe the .CPD is where the reporting information is obtained.

Close the project, find and annihilate the .CPD (or just rename it if you are hinky about blowing it away) then re-open your project and try again.
