Error message when Search button is clicked

When our QA people call up our RH project and click the Search button, they get this message:

Object doesn't support property or method 'forEach'

Can anyone tell me what this means and how to fix it?

If it works locally when you open the help directly, then the issue is with how the help is called.

What version of RH are you running? Classic or New UI (RH2019 or RH2020)? Are you all patched up? Check Help > Updates to check.
