Question

Error when generating PDF

When I generate a PDF, I'm getting the following message:

"Cannot find 'C:\Documents and Settings\jbroggi\Applications Data\1-StepRoboPDF\Empty.pdf\Empty.htm'. Make sure the path or Internet address is correct."

Then the RoboPDF window opens up, but does not show me the PDF. If I save from that window, I can open up the PDF and everything will be there. I've checked that directory, and there is a file called "Empty.hm" - so what is it looking for, and why can't it find it?

Any help would be appreciated!

Thanks,
Jenny

Bad design? I don't use it any more but as I recall that is the way it works. You have to go off to the folder and open it from there. Adobe stopped using 1 Step as some people had various problems. That said, I found that once set up, it worked OK.

Thanks Peter. I set up the folder "Empty.pdf" and the message doesn't show up anymore. However, I'm still not seeing my PDF when it's created. Any ideas about what could be causing this problem?
