Exact search in Frameless only works in English language

Question

This is another peculiar bug (?) we've encountered, but we find it impossible to use exact search in a Frameless output if General > Language of the output preset is not set to English.

With exact search, I mean surrounding a query with quotation marks, e.g. "onder bepaalde voorwaarden". When we use this query in a Dutch project with a Frameless output generated in Dutch, no results are found. Search results are only shown when we generate the Frameless output in English instead.
