Excel to FM 11 to RH10

In the FrameMaker book I have imported an Excel file as an object. File>Import>Object>Create from file> then I chose Microsoft Excel 97-2003 worksheet >Create from file> Display as icon . When I click on the Excel icon Excel opens and I can see the worksheet . When I link to FrameMaker from Robohelp to create a Robohelp project, that icon gets pulled into RH as an image without the link to Excel. How do I get the link to pull into Robehelp?

What I really want to do is just have a "click here" hyperlink in FM instead of an icon but I don't know how to do that either
