Expanding Text, Drop Down Text, Text Popup options are all greyed out (HTML5 Indigo project)

I'm keen to use Expanding text, drop down text and text popups in my help project, which is set up for Responsive HTML5 / Indigo output.

On the Insert menu, all these options appear to be greyed out at the moment.

Any ideas why this is and what I can do about it?

They are disabled until you select some text from which the dropdown/expanding text will work.

Select some text and they will be enabled.
