Export and Import Skin

Hi

I request help please, my design partner EXPORT the New Frameless skin on her computer with Robohelp 2020.8.34.

Now we need IMPORT to my computer that has the same version of Robohelp 2020.8.34 and it shows us the following message:

I can't look right now but this has been covered recently with a workaround.
