Export Metadata/Files from Robohelp Server 10 into Other Application

Hello,

We are looking the ways to export Procedures /Pages/Libraries data stored on RoboHelp server 10 into third party applications for further use and we were not sure weather it's possible or not. We know that RoboHelp server supports custom code or compatible with Microsoft .NET framework as well as supports REST API's but we don't know weather RoboHelp Server have capabilities to export data outside of server using any way or not?

If anyone exported/retrieved metadata outside of Robohelp server using any technique then any help would be greatly appreciated.

Our Proposed system would be - 1. Export data outside of RoboHelp server 10 using any way 2. Dump exported data into third party application for further use.

Why would you want the generated content? Seems the RoboHelp editing application is what you would want to use. This is the application you use to create and edit the content uploaded to the RoboHelp Server.

Hi, Uttam.

RoboHelp Server 10 makes it easy to export metatdata analysis and user statistics from the analysis provided in the Feedback Reports.

Once you generate the many reports, you can us the CSV icon to export the data. It can then be opened in a third part tool like Excel or Access database to further manipulate it. Here is an example of Frequently Searched Terms report and where to find the CSV

generation.

If you want something beyond this, you might file a feature request so that it can be included in the next version of RoboHelp Server.

Thank you for your suggestion. But we are looking to export data ( field values) from all pages stored on  RoboHelp server directly and put that data into other system. If you know any way to get access to all pages stored on RoboHelp server from outside of robohelp or by putting any script on robohelp server then that will be helpful to go further.
