Question

Exporting Content in a Specified Layout

I have a client that is using Robohelp 2022. They have built an extensive help system with about 4,500 articles in a complex directory structure. Many of the article have URLs to other websites. They want to export these with a specific format.

For example, export to a text file with a delimeter (like a pipe character):

Category | Title | Article content here with URL (https://community.adobe.com/)

What's the best way to achieve this?

Unless you enjoy getting emails from solicitors who are sitting on millions that are yours for just a few personal details, I strongly recommend you change your user ID to something other than your email address.

So they're trying to create an export file of all their 4500 articles/topics or all these external URLs? I'm unclear...

Both. The output file should look something like this:

Category | Title | Article content here with URL (https://community.adobe.com/)

No out of the box solution for something like in RH that I know of - maybe somebody like @frameexpert could script something like that?
