Failed to find results file

I am a new user and after creating my topics and saving/compiling I get an error message stating the .htm file can not be found in the SSL folder. Has anyone run into this? What am I doing wrong? How can I fix?

As you are new to the forums and you are telling us outright you are a new user, I must ask what may appear to be a silly question.

You posted this in the RoboHelp for Word category. Is that what you are using? If so, good luck to you. There is an ever shrinking group of users using that application. Many of us have moved into the world of RoboHelp HTML. I would heartily encourage you to consider the same. Especially if you are producing HTML content.

I am also facing the same problem...Failed to find result file...not getting any support regarding the same...please help me with the issue

Please see Before You Post at http://forums.adobe.com/community/robohelp/robohelp_word and advise us which version and edition of RoboHelp you are using?

Also please advise whether this just happens with one project or all projects.
