Favorites tab and Advanced Search unavailable

Hello experts. I am puzzled, and hope you can help me.

I am using RoboHelp X5 Office Pro to create CHM files.
The CHM files do not include a "Favorites" tab, or the Advanced search capability.

I have poked around RoboHelp, and cannot find a setting that allows me to enable these features.
I've also searched the web, and from what I've read, these features should be available in HTML Help.

I'd appreciate any suggestions.

Hi Jackie

Try this. In RoboHelp HTML, click to expand your Windows folder. You do this in the Project Manager on the left side. See it? Good!

After expanding it, you should see at least one window there. Double-click this window to see its properties. Once you do this, you should find an area just under the large preview section that is labeled "Tri-pane Tabs and Windows". In this area are check boxes that should assist you in achieving your goal.
