File Names in TOC and Contents tree Rather than Title

This is a weird problem that happens inconsistently.

Here is a screen shot:

 

Notice that, in both the data tree on the left and the TOC on the right, there are topics whose file name is displayed, rather than the topic Title.

 

This seems to happen without any action on my part, although I can't promise I didn't unintentionally do it.

 

Has anyone seen this problem? What causes it? How can I fix it?

    Seen and reported. Right click the item, select Properties and then OK to fix pending an Update.

    Seen and reported. Right click the item, select Properties and then OK to fix pending an Update.

    What version of RH? All patched up? Is this an upgraded project? Is it happening in the sample projects?

    Ack! Apologies for not including that information!

     

    RoboHelp 2020, all patched up.

     

    I created the project in one of the earlier versions of 2020.

     

    I don't see the problem in my quick look through the Compass Travel sample project.
