Flash and MAC OS

Hi,

I have another issue in FlashHelp. I have included a flash file inside a topic and I have generated the flashhelp output. The output is fine in Windows XP, but when I view the same in Mac OS, the flash file inside the topic is gets corrupted, i.e. the links in the flash file do not work and the bullets in the flash file are not properly aligned. I would like to know if there is any update that must be done in Mac OS for the flash file to work properly in the FlashHelp output.

Hi Anje

I think the first test should be to take the topic where things go to pot, then simply try and display the flash file all by itself on the Mac OS. This should confirm that it is indeed the Flash Player on the Mac and not possibly the way RoboHelp is handling the file. Then possibly update the Flash player on the Mac?
