Question
FlashHelp Security Settings
We’re linking a Help file (FlashHelp version) to our
application, but we continue to have the Flash Player Security
screen display when a user initially opens the Help file. Once the
user adjusts these settings, the Help file displays as we’d
like it to do.
To date I've done the following to alleviate the issue:
1) Selected my default topic on the FlashHelp Options screen and selected the Auto-Manage Flash Security and Add Mark of the Web options.
2) Regenerated the files and linked to the application again. Still the Flash Player Security screen displays when initially
opening the Help file.
Is there some other setting in RoboHelp that I need to adjust? Or something else we can do programmatically on our end to adjust the settings automatically so the end-user doesn’t see this message?
Any help you can offer would be much appreciated.
