FlashHelp version of robohelp fails to load within a website

the page shown is blank, no error message, any clues?

Hi there

Without more to go on (screen capture or whatever) one thing to check is to ensure the web server MIME type is serving up .SWF content.

Sorry, I didn't explain the issue correctly, is not within a website, the problem is when I try to open the flashhelp project in a shared drive within the company.

I know you won't be able to open this but I will copy the path:

file://172.25.130.21/Videos_Knowledge/FlashHelp
