FM8 XRef to RH7 Hyperlink

I am evaluating the TCS trial version and have downloaded all of the available patches to both FM8 and RH7. I am testing the conversion of a large users guide to WebHelp and have found that the structured XREF elements are not being converted into hyperlinks in RH7. They are being converted into text. I believe that because they are converted into text in RH7, the cross-reference mapping is having no effect either (paratext on page to simply paratext) since RH7 doesn't see them as hyperlinks.
I saw an older post, as well as the notes for the 7.0.2 patch that indicate that this issue is fixed. Is this related to my having the trial?

I just installed the "real" version of TCS along with all of the requisite patches and the xref problem is gone.

I cannot answer your question save to say that the trial version is not crippled in any way. Have you applied the patches? They can be applied to the trial.
