Folders disappear

When some users are importing large amounts of content, it causes folders to disappear. The content is still in the project but the folders have to be recreated. Is there a way to prevent this problem?? Smaller content imports??

Please read the Before You Start sticky post and always start a thread with the version of RoboHelp being used.

In this case it could be particularly important.
