For merged projects, can you add a toolbar Button to show the merged TOC?

When a topic in a child project of a merged Help project is called from the application, the complete, merged, TOC is not shown. Peter Grainge explains how to get round this problem on his site by editing each topic. My question: is it possible to add a button on the toolbar of a custom skin which would display the merged TOC? I have gone into the WebHelp Skin Editor, and can see that you can add a link or JavaScript  in the Action tab, and was wondering if anyone has done this successfully. Thanks very much for any advice.

There is a toolbar option on my site but I can't recall without testing whether or not it will work in a merged help scenario. Might be worth a try.

Also look at www.wvanweelden.eu as there may be later stuff there. Willam is the guy behind the versions on my site.
