Format different between project file and .chm

I just received a translated version of our help system. When I open the project file, the numbered lines look as if they are all the same format. However, when I view the topic in the project file or in the .chm file, some of the numbered lines are indented. Does anyone know why this is happening? I will appreciate any information on this.

Have you checked that the same style is applied to all the numbered lines? Go into the truecode and see what the difference is between those that are indented and those that are not.
