Format PDF
When printing to a PDF, my helpfile is in a book format, with
page numbers
alternating left and right and similar formatting on the page headers. How can
I turn this off or otherwise control this format?
The output will most likely be read as a pile of pages rather than a bound
book.
Also, the file name is in the header and I would prefer the document name
there.
