Formatting changes

We are using RoboHelp 6, Windows XP and Microsoft Office 2003.

We use this to publish Knowledge Base Articles on our websit for support purposes.

The problem is this:

The articles are created in Word using specific formatting. Font Style = Arial. Font Size = 10. Some of the text is also in Bold and part of it is in columns.
We import the Word docs into Robohelp and convert them to .chm files to publish them on the website. However, when on the website, the text formatting has changed. Some of the text that needs to be bold is not bold, the font size changed and the spacing is out.

Are we doing something wrong or is there any settings that we have overlooked?

Any feedback would be much appreciated.
