frame contents are blurry

Everything I put into an anchored frame is blurry. This includes graphics and also text (such as in callouts). The graphics are included by reference.

How do I fix this?

Thanks!

You can get the RoboHelp 7.0.2 patch from http://www.adobe.com/support/robohelp/downloads.html. You need both patches for this to work.

Yes, it says 8.0p277.

Do you want me to send you a sample .fm file and the resulting Help?

What does the version number say under the Help > About in FrameMaker?
The latest 8.0.4 shows as 8.0p277.

I did that in both FrameMaker and RoboHelp. They didn't find any updates.

Cheryl,

Use your built-in update manager from the Help menu (Updates...
option).

Also, make sure that you exit FrameMaker or RoboHelp before the actual
installation begins after the download. The installer will complain if
any of the Adobe applications are still running.

On the download page for FrameMaker for Windows, the latest is version 8.0.2. Is there another place to look for this patch?

Install RoboHelp patch 7.0.2 and FrameMaker patch 8.0.4. Please make sure you reboot your system after you apply RoboHelp patch 7.0.2 and also FrameMaker should not be open when you install RoboHelp patch 7.0.2.
