Frame/RoboHelp fine tuning questions

I have worked some more and made a .chm file, and now have some more questions:

1. I have seen that some styles do not look the way I would like. How can I change these globally and regenerate?

2. How to make sure that the Frame files are linked?

3. Can I save the settings files to reuse for another project? If so, which files should I be saving?
