Frameless Mobile - Highlighter Button

Question

I have a Frameless template where my Print and Remove Highlight buttons reside in the mini TOC. When you view the help on a mobile device, the mini TOC goes away, but then so does our Print and Remove Highlight buttons. Is there a way to add these button somewhere else for the mobile version of the template? Those buttons have their own sections under the "Right Panel" drop-down when you're editing the Topic Page elements for the desktop view, but then there doesn't seem to be an equivalent when you're editing for the mobile view. Thought I'd ask for help first before going down a rabbit hole.

No they are not there, I don't know why.

It might be worth trying Support to see if they have a workaround. See https://helpx.adobe.com/contact/enterprise-support.other.html#robohelp for your Adobe Support options.
