Question

Frameless Output

I created a Robohelp project with a Frameless preset and Orange skin.

Post to the o/p generation: when I opened the index.htm I can see only a blank page without any TOC tiles. Any suggestions will be appreciated.

I am using RoboHelp 2019.0.14

Have you tried looking at it with different browsers?

Please try About RoboHelp as that will let us know whether or not the issue is specific to your project.

The question was about a different drive being used. You can only generate to a different folder but that may not be on the same drive.

Also is your project on a local drive? It shouldn't be an issue if not but it can be in some cases.

    1. I didn't try anything with the samples.

    2. Output has been generated with a different folder.

    3. Yes, I have checked all the settings in preset.
Also during generation, I looked into preview also

    1. Do you get the same problem if you generate the About RoboHelp sample project?
    2. Is the output being generated to the same drive as the project?
    3. Have you checked all the settings in the preset?
