Frameless TopNavigation Skin

How can I get the top naviation skin, or any other skin besides the defaults for that matter?

RH2019 has the following 3 Frameless skins:

2019 had Frameless, not sure about Top Navigation. Not at RoboHelp machine right now.

RH2019? Hmm, I'm not sure 2019 had the Frameless choice - that may have only come in on RH2020...

Outputs > Skins and click the + icon.
