Frequent script error from "Display in auto-sizing/custom-sized popup"

RoboHelp HTML 9 and 11. I call an auto-sizing popup to explain a button on an image map. Sometimes it works OK. In certain cases I regularly get the following error message:

I just upgraded to RH 11 before reporting the problem, in case it was solved. But it isn't.

Hi there

Perhaps try clicking Tools > Update DHTML Effects?

Thanks for the tip. But it doesn't help. I call a popup from a popup. The problem seems to relate to the fact that popups use javascript. Can it be that I'm the only person to see this problem?
