Gap at the top of a topic

All of my topics have a gap at the top of the frame. As far as I can tell, there's nothing in the source that indicates that there should be a gap here. Is there any way to configure the output so that this gap does not display?

Are you using the Master Pages feature? Sometimes that happens as a result of using Master Pages.
