Generating Frameless RH output still adds "first topic" to list of main topics

When generating RH 2022 content, the Output screen requires that I add a Default Topic and by default chooses First_Topic, which is blank for me. I don't want really want a default topic. Instead, I want the Frameless output to open to the page in its template that already lists the sections I have chosen.
