Is it possible to generate responsive HTML output for Glossary (the .glo file kept in the glossary folder)?

For the end user, the answer is it cannot be printed. For your own use, it can be opened in a text editor but it will be a single line of text so not very usable.

I have seen people create a topic as a glossary but then you lose the features such as applying hotspots to the terms in topics.
